Cowtown Goes Green is a family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day celebration
Fort Worth, TX, —On March 15th, Stockyards Station and the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District will host Cowtown Goes Green, the city’s largest and most family friendly St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
The event, from noon to 4 p.m. in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District will feature free activities for kids including pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, games and contests with Radio Disney, live music, gunfights, and our own special Western/Irish themed Cowtown Goes Green parade follows the 4pm cattle drive and is a green culmination of local businesses, horseback riding clubs, radio stations and more traveling down Exchange Avenue. All activities are free of charge and are open to the public.
Where: All activities occur along East Exchange Avenue and at Stockyards Station in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
